My name is Albie!

Albie is a 2 1/2-year-old miniature Australian Shepherd that belonged to my elderly aunt, who lived alone and recently passed away. Albie's name is a tribute to my grandfather, whose initials were A-L-B. I only met Albie recently, and she warmed up to me right away. She's smart, affectionate, energetic, and loves to play. She's a sweet dog who needs basic training (walking on a leash, sit, stay, etc.). My aunt was in poor health, and Albie didn't get socialized much, as far as I know. She loves to run outside and needs a home with a yard big enough to run in. She's up to date on her rabies shot and has no health problems. I was told that she's missing her tail because it was run over by a scooter when she was a pup. I'd much rather she go to a good home than a shelter.
