Lavender came to us when hr owner was moving of out of state. She is very shy and scared . She came in with 3 other cats.She prefers women to men. She lived with a dog but never got close to it. Never been around kids. She need a quiet home and patience for her to flourish in.

Once we receive your application, it is reviewed. Vet references will be checked along with landlord approval if you rent your home.

Meet the Pet

We prefer to bring the pet to your home so that a home check can be performed as well.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fee pays for the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, 1 rabies vaccination, deworming, heartworm check for dogs and a microchip.

Our pets are fostered in private homes. We have an adoption event the first and third Saturday at the Petco store in Dickson TN from 11:30 to 2:00 Come see us!

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue group formed to help the animals held by Animal Control facilities in Dickson County TN. The main focus of our rescue has changed to the rescue of animals in animal control facilities (ones that do have a euthanasia policy) in Middle TN.
We are also dedicated to locating affordable spay/neuter options for individuals that lack the funds to have their companion animals spayed/neutered. This is the only way to stop the overwhelming number of unwanted animals entering into animal control facilities.
