Are you looking for a darling little lovebug who will be a great cuddler?! Arya is a very sweet and loveable 8 year old female domestic shorthair. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. We have all her vet records. She is beautiful and such a lover, however she does not do great with young kids or other young/active cats and dogs. Their play and chasing scares her! Arya may get along with other cats with very slow introductions, if they give her space and don’t try to play. We had another cat that she got along with just fine. Sadly, he died in 2023 and she does not get along with our more playful cat. She does get along great with our dog, but he is very mellow, totally uninterested in cats and never bothers her.
We’ve tried a lot of things-medication, gradual introduction, diffusers, etc. Arya would do best in a house without kids or young, playful pets. She needs a quieter home and adopters who are willing to be patient until she settles in.
