Apollo is a sweet and friendly dog who is looking for a loving home to call his own. According to his previous owner, Apollo is a very social pup who enjoys attention from everyone he meets and loves being around people. He has done well with other dogs. Apollo also has an adventurous side-he loves car rides and enjoys outings to the beach, making him a great companion for an active family or adopter who enjoys getting out and about. With his affectionate personality and love for fun experiences, Apollo is ready to bring joy and companionship to his future home.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
