Togo is a shy adult boy with a gentle heart who just needs a little time to feel safe and comfortable. Once he begins to trust you, his sweet personality shines through in quiet tail wags and soft affection. Togo would do best in a calm, patient home where he can build confidence at his own pace. With understanding and love, he has the potential to become a loyal and deeply devoted companion.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
