If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Uni is a female dog born on April 13, 2020. We adopted her at six weeks old. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and weighs about 23 pounds.
Over the last two years, Uni developed skin allergies that cause paw licking and scratching. This has resulted in darker fur on her paws, which is cosmetic only. Her allergies are managed with allergy shots as needed and NexGard approximately every three months.
Her diet is consistent. She eats about half a bowl of dry canine food in the morning, receives treats mid day, and eats broiled chicken thigh with rice and broccoli in the evening.
We are rehoming Uni due to major family changes. We are expecting another child and recently started a new job. We will be temporarily moving into a relative’s home that already has two outdoor dogs. Uni has always been an indoor dog, so this is not a suitable environment for her.
The rehoming fee is one dollar intentionally to ensure a serious and verified adopter. Medical history and routine will be shared.
