Randy is a 6-year-old sweetheart who has been thriving in his foster home since January 17. He’s a calm, loving boy who forms strong bonds with his people and truly enjoys being close, if you’re looking for a dog who wants to be with you, Randy is your guy.
He has been around my almost-5-year-old son and has done wonderfully. Randy would do best with well-behaved, respectful children who understand gentle interactions. He’s patient and kind, but like many dogs, appreciates calm energy and clear boundaries.
One of Randy’s favorite things is burrowing under blankets, he loves to snuggle in close and will happily stick to you like glue once he feels comfortable. He’s very much a “wherever you go, I go” type of dog and thrives on companionship.
Randy does best in a home where he can feel secure, loved, and included as part of the family. He would be an excellent fit for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who enjoys closeness, comfort, and a predictable routine.

Randy is a 6 year old, 10 pounds who came rat terrier/chi mix who came to us from Louisiana.
