This helps Cross Your Paws Rescue with pet care costs.
Faith and Hope endured so much in such a short amount of time. Their mother passed shortly after giving birth leaving them vulnerable.
Our foster, Kristin, stepped up without hesitation. Her family and friends helped just as much to make sure these babies were fed, clean and loved!
We are looking for adopters since they turn 8 weeks on 01/14 and can be officially adopted.
They are Mini Australian Shepherds and are expected to be HIGH ENERGY.
What we are looking for in an adopter:
Experience with herding breeds
Willing to provide mental stimulation through training, puzzles and play.
Committed to exercising regularly.
Committed to socializing with people and other dogs
Committed to grooming needs due to their coat.
We do not recommend young children unless they have experience with herding breeds. These dogs try to control kiddos but nipping at their feet/ankles making parents believe they are being mean when they are not. They are doing a simple action that comes naturally to them!
We had a ton of interest for these babies when we first posted them weeks ago - please keep in mind we only have 2 puppies and we will receive multiple applications. We do keep applications on file for a year and will be happy to help you find a dog if it doesn’t work out with these 2!
Sooooo who wants to give these babies the forever they deserve?
