Happy is a 2 year old male Beagle mix who weighs around 35 lbs. Happy was dumped on the side of the road and ripped up his paw pads trying to catch up to the person who drove off after dumping him. Happy was taken in by a rescue in rural Arkansas where he remained happy and positive as they cleaned and treated his feet. Happy is such a sweet and loving pup who despite what happened to him, loves everyone he meets. He is good with other dogs and is truly ready to find a family to give him the loving home deserves!
Happy is neutered, fully vetted and microchipped.
