Happy is a 2 year old male Beagle mix who weighs around 35 lbs. Happy was dumped on the side of the road and ripped up his paw pads trying to catch up to the person who drove off after dumping him. Happy was taken in by a rescue in rural Arkansas where he remained happy and positive as they cleaned and treated his feet. Happy was and remains very happy to be saved. He is good with people including children and other dogs. We do not know how he’d be with cats.
Happy is neutered, fully vetted and microchipped.

Most of our animals come from Arkansas and TN. We transport weekly from North Little Rock, AR to the North East with many stops along the way. We use our our transport www.plrdogtransport.com.
All dogs and cats are given age approproate vaccinations before they leave. Every pet is seen by our vet prior to transport and receive a health certificate
