Meet Fozzi — a 15-pound terrier who looks like a Muppet, moves like a pogo stick, and lives life at full volume. 🎭🐶

At 4 years old, Fozzi somehow missed the memo that said “grown dogs should act grown.” Instead, he chose joy, chaos, and constant enthusiasm.

Fozzi came into rescue looking like a walking dust mop after a rough start, but now he’s rocking a fabulous haircut and fully embracing his new indoor lifestyle. He’s floppy, klutzy, and jumps straight up on his hind legs like he’s auditioning for Cirque du Soleil: Terrier Edition.

This boy is all zoomies, all the time. He loves to play, roughhouse, and turn literally everything his human does into the Most Exciting Event Ever. Sitting down? AMAZING. Standing up? INCREDIBLE. Existing? FIVE STARS.

He’s wildly affectionate and shows his love by giving enthusiastic full-body back rubs… using your hands. And if you’re lying down? Congratulations, your head and shoulders are now part of the massage experience.

Fozzi is house-trained, cuddly, and social. He desperately wants dog friends and plays nicely, taking corrections well when other dogs tell him to chill. He’d thrive with a playful canine buddy and an adopter who’s ready to give him exercise, structure, and help redirect his leftover puppy antics (like learning that toys are for chomping — not hands).

Because of his enthusiasm and bounce, he’s best suited for school-aged kids and up — tiny humans might get accidentally bowled over during a zoomie episode.
