Meet Leon!

Leon is a young mixed breed dog that came into our shelter after being found at a rest stop. Local police brought him in for a safe place to stay, and after no one came for him we started getting him ready for adoption. We are estimating Leon to be 1 - 3 years old, and approximately 40 pounds. He is a very sweet boy that loves to snuggle and be around people! We have introduced Leon to a couple dogs here at the shelter, and for the most part he has done well with all the other canines. We feel Leon would love to find a home that can take him for walks, spend time playing with him and work with him on some basic training. He has been keeping a clean kennel here at the shelter but accidents could still happen while adjusting to a new home.
