Introducing Toto, an 8-year-old Terrier mix with a heart full of love. Toto came in with seven other dogs after his owner sadly passed away. He may be a little shy at first, but his sweet and affectionate nature begins to shine once he feels safe and comfortable.
Sweet, Sensitive & Worth the Wait
Toto is a loving, calm companion who enjoys attention and gentle affection once he trusts you. He may need a little time to adjust to new people and environments, but with patience and kindness, his sweet personality truly comes through. Toto forms strong bonds and will be a very loyal friend to the person who gives him the chance to feel secure.
Great with Others
Toto would do best in a home with another dog, as he enjoys the comfort and companionship of his furry friends. Having a canine buddy can help him build confidence and feel more at ease.
Thrives in a Calm, Structured Home
Because Toto can get startled in unfamiliar situations, he will do best in a home that provides structure, patience, and careful leash and door safety. A secure fenced yard would be ideal, along with an adopter who ensures he is always safely harnessed and supervised when outside.
