Meet Marucci⚾️💛
Marucci is in his prime-calm, steady, and already knows the game. At 6 years old, he's a laid-back guy who's traded chaos for consistency and truly appreciates the simple things. His perfect day looks like rolling around outside, enjoying the breeze, and staying close enough for head pats whenever they're offered.
He knows his basics, walks nicely on leash, and would happily join you for a picnic-as long as snacks make the roster (he's very serious about this part). Marucci has a gentle, reassuring presence that makes him easy to be around. With his big ol' head, deep brown eyes, and easygoing nature, he's every bit as handsome as he is charming. If you're looking for a loyal companion who prefers a steady pace and loves to sprawl out nearby, Marucci is one you really have to meet to appreciate.

Adoption viewing hours are from 8:00an-4:30 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You must have a valid drivers license to apply. We do not do home checks. Adoption fees are $35 for dogs/pups, $25 cats/kittens and $150 for horses.
Effective Monday, August 17,2015, LAFAYETTE ANIMAL SHELTER & CARE CENTER will begin accepting VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER credit cards. There will be a 2.5% surcharge/convenience fee added to your total. This fee is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
