My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ace is looking for a place to call home. After we posted him some time ago, he was adopted by a friend of the person caring for him. Unfortunately one of her cats would not accept him and frequently tried to attack Ace. Ace never fought back and was always just a sweet, gentle teddy bear. The family realized he deserved to be in a home where he was not living in fear and asked us to help find him a perfect home.

Ace is 4 1/2 years old and is looking for a place to call home. He is confident and friendly and gets along well with people and friendly cats and dogs. If you are interested in learning more about this handsome boy and would like to add him to your family, please contact us at animaladvocatesofnorthtexas@ymail.com.

More about this rescue

We assist shelters and find homes for their adoptable pets.
We take professional photos, write bios and post to adoption websites.
We also provide funds for medical care, foster animals and find foster families .We organize adoption events and give presentations to schools on the importance of spaying /neutering and vaccinating animals.
For the last 12 years, we have been working with several small rural shelters who have limited space and would have to euthanize due to lack of space. We pull their animals and get them into foster homes until we find their forever homes.
We devote many hours to getting animals out of shelters and into foster and permanent homes.
