We got Pepper 4 years ago from a foster and he's been a playful, cuddly excited dog who loves his toys and his humans. He's 5 years old (6 in October), loves tug-of-war, the outdoors and is looking for a busy home with plenty of faces to lick. If it involves a treat, he will do anything you ask of him. He loves pets on his belly and being brushed.
