Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Emmerson is a 2 year old spayed female. She is current on her vaccinations, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative!
Meet Emmerson! Emmerson is a sweet and gentle lady who is ready to find a loving and quiet home where she can continue to blossom into the truly lovable lady she is. She may be a bit shy and more reserved at first but don’t let her scowl fool you because she absolutely loves getting lots of pets from her favorite people. She will instantly start making biscuits and leaning right into your hand the moment you start petting her. She is otherwise a very low-key and mellow girl who would be happy with a few cozy spots to cat nap in and a high spot in a cat tree or next to a window to lounge in.
Since Emmerson is a shy lady who may startle on occasion, she would do best in a calmer and quieter home. She is looking for a family with older children at least 10 years of age or older who won’t chase or scare her. She may do ok with other calm and respectful pets in the home given slow and proper introductions to one another.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
