Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have had wheeler for a year and a half. We took him on from friends who had him one year, and he bit their little girl. He has a weird sense every once in a while where he just starts growling and sometimes bites. If we catch it in time he goes to his kennel on his own by command.
He is kennel trained but cannot be left out while we are gone because he will have accidents in the house. With 3 other animals, we just can’t do it anymore. We love him dearly other than these issues. He’s very sweet, happyand cuddly other than his weird tick that happens maybe every few months. I think he’d be great without any other animals or kids. Older kids would be fine. He just can’t be trusted to be around little kids.
He does have an allergy to certain foods. We have him on a good food finally but he still scratches a lot and his whole belly is raw.
Ideally the home he goes to would be an older couple with no other dogs or kids.
We’d love to meet you and see if he’s a good fit for you.
