My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Quinoa, our sweet 1 year old, 13 lb female! She truly is the sweetest good girl. Quinoa came to us from a local shelter with a ton of energy, and she has settled beautifully into rescue life, learning just how good things can be. Quinoa is potty trained, crate trained, and can walk on a leash—she is super friendly! However, she has not been tested with dogs or kids just yet. With her lively spirit, Quinoa would make an excellent running partner! If you’re looking for a small, sweet companion who just wants to feel safe and loved, Quinoa could be your perfect match.

She will need to be spayed, but can go home today. If you’re interested in pre-adopting Quinoa, please copy and paste the link below into your web browser, complete the application, and send it to adoptions@pawprojectofgeorgia.org

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit organization in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We have a low-cost vet clinic (not full service), spay/neuter ,a TNR Program, and a Rescue/Adopt Program.

We started this organization because we love animals and want to be the voice for those who have no voice, and also help pet retention in homes by offering affordable veterinary care.

We would love to have volunteers to help with in-home fostering (some for two week quarantines, others to keep cats/dogs until they are adopted), cleaning, adoption events, Trapping cats for TNR, recovering female feral cats after surgery, and many other things.
