My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Toothless!

As his name suggests, Toothless is indeed missing his teeth—but don’t let that fool you! It certainly doesn’t slow him down, especially when food or treats are involved. He has a great appetite and never misses a chance for a tasty snack.

Toothless is on the shyer side and may need a little time to feel comfortable in a new environment. With patience and gentle love, he truly blossoms into his wonderful self. Once he warms up, you’ll see his soft, affectionate nature shine through.

He enjoys chin rubs, quiet moments, and slow, peaceful days lounging around the house. Toothless has lived happily with other cats before and would do well in a home with feline companions.

If you’re looking for a gentle soul who just needs a little time to trust, Toothless might be the perfect match for you. 💙

More about this rescue

Founded in 1990, Nuzzles and Co (formerly Friends of Animals Utah) was just a small group of animal lovers lobbying for a new shelter facility. Today, we are a full-fledged animal rescue and rehabilitation organization with an adoption center, dedicated staff and board of trustees, and a 15,000 sq. ft. facility that includes a full veterinary suite, indoor and outdoor training spaces, miles of hiking trails, and a community cat room with an attached "catio."
