Bernard was born to a female Husky named Princess on 11/10/2023. He is mainly Husky, with a hint of a Pitbull Terrier.
Main reason of why my wife and I can no longer take care of bernard is that he keeps hurting himself out at our new home in Madera, CA; we currently life on a 2 acre ranch.
First incident involved Bernard attempting to jump the neighbors fence to play with his friends (two Belgian Malinois). Bernard got himself caught on barbed wire on his back, and lower rib cage. It was a real bloody mess, and I had him treated at the Fresno Animal center. Total cost was $3,800, and it took me 3 weeks of nursing my Bernard back to health.
Once he was healed of his horrific injuries, Bernard kept getting himself cut at the bottom of both rear legs. He keeps getting injured on our new home. I love Bernard, and I was wondering if someone could please adopt him. My wife and I can no longer keep healing our Bernard, do not want him to die. Bernard is a good boy, just dumb.
