My name is Luffy HTX!

This handsome young boy was found dumped beside a property in Lufkin, TX, left to fend for himself. He spent days lying in a field, hungry and without water, until kindhearted property owners stepped in to help. They made sure he was fed and cared for, but unfortunately their own dogs were not accepting of him, so they reached out for rescue support.

Estimated to be around a year old, this boy is as gentle as they come. He’s understandably a bit timid when first meeting new people, but he’s very treat-motivated and warms up quickly once he feels safe. With a little patience and kindness, his sweet personality shines through.

He has done wonderfully with their daughter’s tiny dog and has shown no issues at all, proving that he has a soft, respectful nature despite his size. He’s still young, eager to learn, and ready to blossom in a calm, loving home that will give him the security he’s been missing.
