Zephyr is a 9-month-old Golden Retriever mix weighing 40 pounds, and he’s a happy, energetic young guy with so much love to give. He’s friendly, outgoing, and playful, and always ready for fun or affection.
Zephyr is making great progress with housetraining and is eager to keep learning. He loves spending time outside running around the yard, so a fenced yard would be ideal, though not required. He’ll thrive in a home that can keep both his body and mind exercised through walks, playtime, and enrichment.
This sweet boy enjoys going for walks, playing with toys, chewing on a good bone, and cuddling up with his people when it’s time to relax. While we were told he’s good with kids, he hasn’t been around them during our care. Zephyr would make a wonderful companion for an active home ready to help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be.
His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
