Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This old guy (10-12 years young) seems to have been dumped because he got old and there are no nursing homes for dogs so he was picked up by a high kill shelter that he probably never would have made it out of, sadly, so we rescued him to give him a bit of a chance, we hope. He can't see well, due to cataracts in both eyes and he might be a little hard of hearing, but he's very cuddly, loving and seems to be still house trained if you take him out in time and he will be your best buddy for the rest of his little life. He needs a lap and he will give you all the love he has to give, which is a lot for little 8/9 lb dog, as long as you take care of him which is more than we can say for his last owners but I'm sure he loved them his entire life. He is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on preventives, has had rabies, bordetella, distemper parvo booster, the whole shebang, just like all of our dogs and he's ready to go to his forever living home. Please apply for this absolute doll baby online at MadisonARF.org The adoption fee is $175
