My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Audrey!! This adorable gal is looking for a foster or forever home! She’s around 5 years old, loyal and devoted to her loved ones and so curious! Audrey loves being around her people and loves hard. She would follow you to the moon. Although Audrey is very timid with new men, she warms up to women quickly! Any men in her life should be willing to actively participate in her daily routines to help her learn to trust.

Audrey is crate trained, has basic obedience training, is house broken and walks well on leash.

She loves car rides, taking walks and hikes, playing with her favorite human, cuddling on the couch or bed. Honestly, Audrey LOVES ANYTHING that you’re doing with her.

She can play with friendly, outgoing, non dominant dogs her size and larger, but only after proper introductions. Audrey does not want to go to the dog park. She would be happiest as an only pet!

Kids 12 years old and up are good, she just wants a little respect in her spaces. No kitty cats.

Audrey will come with FREE TRAINING FOR LIFE! Ask us how!!

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

If you see a pet you’re interested in or you don’t but you would like to adopt from our organization anyway, please fill out an application!

2.

Meet the Pet

We set up first meet and greets in a public location for you to get to know the dog(s) you’re interested in.

3.

Meet the Pet

We do require a second meet and greet, which also helps if you’re torn between multiples! We encourage you to meet at least 2 dogs!

4.

Home Check

If the home check is goes well and everyone is still confident, the contract is signed, fee paid and your new dog can stay that day!

More about this rescue

We are long-time animal lovers working hard to reduce the number of euthanized dogs in shelters. Our ultimate goal is to house and employ veterans, teach them how to prepare a dog for adoption and should they wish, reach them to run a successful rescue so they may take our model and open one anywhere there’s a need of Veterans and K9’s alike!
