We will never know how Weston ended up in the garbage…This 3.5 month old boy was found in a baby seat that was left amongst bags of garbage in Woodside for sanitation collection. The sanitation workers found him and gave him to their office employee who called me. Two years ago, SCARLI was asked to help trap a momma and three babies in the College Point sanitation location that were living under a trailer. Since then, Shelly has developed a relationship with the employees of NYC Sanitation Department and is contacted by them when they need assistance with kitties, like this little boy.
