Meet Vahni — The Floofy Little Firebrand
Vahni’s name comes from the Sanskrit word “Vahni,” meaning fire — the sacred flame, the spark of life, the energy that refuses to be dimmed. And honestly? It fits him perfectly.
This boy is pure spark: spunky, fierce, playful, and absolutely bursting with personality. He LOVES playing with the resident FeLVie in his foster home and has fully committed to the role of “chaos cousin with a heart of gold.” If there’s a game to be played, a toy to be pounced, or a friend to wrestle, Vahni is already there.
And food?
Let’s just say Vahni has one full brain cell dedicated entirely to snacks — with a bonus orangecat sass module installed for extra motivation. He will do anything for a treat, and he does it with charm.
But don’t let the fire fool you — this boy is also incredibly sweet, gracious, and affectionate. He melts in sunny spots, leans into tummy rubs, and gives the softest, most grateful little looks when he’s loved on. He’s floofy, expressive, and impossible not to adore.
Vahni was originally eartipped for TNR, but when he tested FeLV+ he was immediately blasted for rescue — and we are so, so glad he found his way to us. He is FeLV+ progressive, but with an extremely low viral load and is currently doing beautifully on bictegravir. He’s thriving, playful, and living his best life.
