Hi! My name is August and I love my name – once I am bonded with a human and that human says my name, I’ll do the cutest German Shepherd Dog head tilts for my human so that they know that I am listening!
I am crate trained and I walk nicely on a leash. I am learning some more commands like sit and walk and going to my human when called! I'm working on my consistency while receiving more training and handling.
I get along with most other dogs as long as they are not trying to jump on me or get into my face. I do not do well with cats or smaller dogs/animals, so it would be best if I have other dogs my size to play with!
I eat my kibble in my crate and look forward to going out and playing in the yard each day with my humans and other foster GSDs. I really enjoy my walks and pets --- I do sleep and rest in my crate at night, however I just sometimes want to have more fun before crate bed time.
