Meet Smidge! Smidge is a special girl born in September 2025.
Smidge is such a sweet and fun loving girl. She loves to be held all the time and would love nothing more than to perch on your shoulder and be carried around all day. She`s got a great personality and is funny to watch playing with the other cats (whether they want to play or not). She either knows her name or just loves the company because she comes running when she`s called. However, she absolutely does not like being alone. So she would really do better in a home that already has pets. Smidge is good with kids as well. She is vetted and has excellent litter box manners.
Smidge came into rescue with degloved left legs like she had been dragged for a ways. The very tip of her tail is bent backwards and her right eye has a gnarly ulcer from an injury. The vet says she`ll have limited vision in that eye but she does get to keep it. Even though she had a rough start, Smidge is still very loving and can’t wait to find her forever home!
You must submit an application to be considered for adoption. We cannot reply to all inquiries, but respond to all no obligation applications. Fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/cat-adoption-application It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. Fee is $175 which includes first years vaccinations, combo testing, spay and microchip.
