Sophie will be ten years old on April 30th. We have been living in NC over the past seven years. She chased the deer and ran the Mountains playing in the snow. We moved to Parrish in March in a community with all the residents being very old and they all have small dogs that bark and run over to Sophie. She has bitten one dog. Now the property manager wants her removed or we will be evicted. My Mom is 89 years old. Writing this breaks my heart. I adopted Sophie when she was twelve weeks old. My Mother has been hospitalized sixteen times since March 2025.
My Mother is too fatigue to move. I have an Attorney but the property manager at Veranda Springs is not budging on accommodating our circumstances.
