Meet Osha! Osha hopped on a plane with her brother all the way from Manitoba with the help of some amazing volunteers. Osha is very much bonded to her brother Orin, and they need to be adopted as a pair.
Osha is a shoulder cat and a very talented one at that! She loves to ride on your shoulder and has an amazing ability to steady herself and hang on while you go about your daily tasks. She does have a tendency to “surprise” you occasionally with her shoulder preference and can even jump from the floor to a shoulder of her choosing. Because of this, she would be better suited to adults or older children.
Like her brother, Osha is incredibly loving and has a purr machine running almost 24/7. We`re pretty sure she even purrs in her sleep. She`s also playful, good with other animals and very friendly to humans.
Orin and Osha would definitely benefit from a home where their people are around more often than not. They would be well suited to humans who work from home or a family with older children. The more play time and love, the better!
Orin and Osha really are a dynamic duo. They are probably two of the friendliest cats you will ever meet. They also get along really well with other animals, are well behaved in the home and friendly with any human they meet.
Whoever adopts Orin and Osha will be extremely lucky. We are sad to see them go because they are such amazing cats, but we feel very privileged to be a small part of their journey to their forever home.

Our main purpose is to save the lives of cats in danger of death, starvation and disease and to educate the public about cats in their homes and neighbourhoods. Some of our rescues are hand-picked from overcrowded local shelters. Others have been rescued from known “dump” sites. Still others may be trapped from lives outside by kind volunteers or families or may be surrendered by families who can no longer care for them for various reasons.
