Hi, I’m Jess! I am a spunky 12-week-old female that is looking for my forever home. Like my namesake, Jess from New Girl, I am the human embodiment of sunshine! I am kind, sweet, and ready to play! I will also let you know when I want my space- I’m a girl on my own terms! I choose to love YOU, not the other way around. My siblings and I were born in the soffit of a porch roof, where we were fortunately rescued at only a few days old by some amazing Paws Across Pittsburgh volunteers. We’ve been thriving in our foster home and are now ready to join yours! I’m ready to be the absolute queen of my forever home, but would also love you to bring a sibling or my mom along as well! Everyone MUST submit an application to be considered for adoption

Interview

We will talk to you and your references to get a feel of what you're looking for in a pet and if the particular pet would be a good fit

Home Check

This is required. We want to see where the pet will be living and it gives us an opportunity to meet you!

Meet the Pet

A meet and greet will be arranged after you have been approved as an applicant

Pay Fee

More about this rescue

Paws Across Pittsburgh is a 501(c)(3), foster based, non-profit animal rescue located in the Pgh area. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome homeless, abused and/or unwanted dogs and cats.

We are run solely by volunteers with the goal of providing vet care, socialization skills and nutritional needs while living in a loving foster home. All animals that enter into the rescue will receive appropriate vet care, spay/neuter, vaccinations and preventative treatments.

Our goal is to assure a loving, forever home for each one of our animals. Paws Across Pittsburgh strongly believes in Force Free training methods for our animals.
