My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jack!

If you’re looking for a handsome pup who’s just as sweet as he is stunning, Jack may be your guy! Jack is a wiggly pit bull mix with an estimated birthday of 10/01/2018, weighing around 75 lbs. He may be built like a tank, but at heart he’s a total softie—more teddy bear than tough guy.

Jack loves to socialize and make new friends and is well known around the shelter for his signature smile. He has done great with other dogs during his time here, though we always require a meet & greet to make sure everyone is a good fit.

Foster Needed – Heartworm Treatment

Jack is currently heartworm positive and is looking for a loving foster home where he can relax and recover while undergoing treatment. Don’t worry—all medical care, medications, and supplies are fully covered by us. What Jack truly needs is a calm place to rest, lots of love, and someone to remind him how special he is.

Jack is fully vetted and will be microchipped upon adoption once he’s ready. If you can open your heart and home to help Jack heal, you’d be making a life-changing difference for an incredibly deserving boy.
