My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Homeless for a 3rd time thru no fault of her own!!  Sweet "Emmy" was found as a stray in a neighborhood and thru her Microchip, "Emmy" was able to be returned to our Rescue, CPA.  "Emmy" originally came to CPA in 2014 as a kitten when we saved her from Euthanasia at our County Shelter.  Although her Rescuer wanted to adopt her, one of the Rescuer's 2 existing kitties refused to accept "Emmy".  Her Rescuer shares that Emmy's lucky Adopter will have found a new best friend and a wonderful companion to build lifelong memories together!

"Emmy" is a wonderful, incredibly sweet and super loving kitty!  She LOVES/ADORES her human(s), but
"Emmy" would prefer to be the center of her human's affection, so she prefers to be the only pet.  She is a GREAT companion whose FAVORITE hobby is snuggling in her human's lap...constantly rubbing, asking for pets, purring.    She loves to play, especially with feathers or a poof ball at the end of a stick!  "Emmy" promises to bring lots of love and happiness to her Forever Owner.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc.

More about this rescue

Clermont Pets Alive! is the No-Kill Initiative for Clermont County Ohio and a program of Pet Alliance, a 501(c)(3) organization.

Our goal is to increase the live save rate at Clermont County's Open-Admission shelter to over 90% for all animals entering the facility. We are the only organization
contracted by the Board of County Commissioners to rescue animals from euthanasia at the shelter, receiving only 24 hours notice to find fosters homes to rescue them.
