My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Maeve and Maude, adorable, bonded piggies! Shelter life has been a bit scary for these gentle girls, but they have a wonderful history in a home with children and did especially well with kind, patient kids. One thing that helps them feel brave? Hand-fed greens! Once they realize treats are involved, their curious and sweet personalities start to peek through.

Maeve arrived with a mass on her shoulder that was surgically removed by our veterinarian. While the mass did return as cancerous, x-rays confirmed that it has not spread. Maeve is feeling well and enjoying her days alongside her bonded companion, who offers comfort and confidence.

These girls would thrive in a calm, attentive home that understands guinea pigs can take time to feel safe and secure. In return, they’ll reward you with gentle squeaks, happy munching, and the special joy that comes from earning the trust of two sweet little hearts.
