Hi, I’m Oscar A. I’ve been called a social butterfly by my foster. I’m a lucky guy. I was thrown out of a car window, but a passerby stopped, picked me up, and contacted Sheltering Hands. I love other cats and people (probably dogs too if I met one). Busy is my middle name, and I like to be involved in all the household events. After I’ve had a good evening romp and dispensed most of my energy, I want to curl up in bed with you until morning.
