Meet Midnight - tiny body, huge personality! She is an absolutely adorable little Chihuahua with a bouncy, bubbly spirit and a heart full of love. She`s great on a leash, takes treats gently from your hand, and already knows how to sit on command for a treat. She loves being doted on, and appreciates all the attention she can get. Midnight has a higher energy level. She got along great with cats, kids, and other dogs in a previous foster home, and seems open to making friends with everyone she possibly can.
Midnight is currently under treatment for atopic dermatitis, a chronic but non-contagious skin condition that can cause itchiness and dry skin. It doesn’t slow her down one bit or take away from her gorgeousness - if anything, it just gives her even more reason to rock a cute sweater.

Our kennel hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 4 pm and Wednesday also from 5 pm to 7 pm. We are open Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm and closed on Sunday.

We are an open admission, municipal shelter serving the unincorporated area of Fort Bend County, TX.
We are the county's rabies control authority as well as being their animal shelter. On average, we take in approximately 4,000-5,000 pets per year.
The staff at FBCAS is small but each and every one of us is dedicated to making the stay of the pets in our care as comfortable as possible. Our hearts are in this and with every pet that crosses our threshold.
We are part of the amazing Fort Bend County community and we are always striving to work with our community people and partners to make our shelter the best it can be.
We can always use new volunteers to help us keep our pets happy and healthy while they wait for their forever home.
