He’s house trained, crate-friendly, knows sit, and is working on stay and recall ✅. Walter is toy- and food-motivated 🧸🍖, loves praise, pets, kisses, and zoomies 😄, and his absolute favorite thing is being loved on ❤️ — toys and treats are a very close second!
Cute Quirk: Walter adores human attention so much that he genuinely tries to melt into you 🫂 — personal space is optional in his world.
He still jumps when excited ⬆️ and can be heavy-pawed with little dogs during play, but he’s improving every day. He walks decently on leash (with some initial pulling) 🦮, loves car rides 🚗, and would enjoy a yard to stretch his legs 🌳.
His best home? A family or single person with time for play, walks, and love — bonus points for another dog to play with! 🐶💛
🐾 Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our requirements are non-negotiable and include the following: All current pets in the home must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age, unless there is a documented medical exemption with veterinary confirmation. All current dogs must be up to date on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo (DHPP) vaccinations. All current dogs must be on consistent, consecutive heartworm prevention. Past dogs listed on the application must also show a consecutive history of heartworm prevention.
