Rascal is a sweet, loving boy who was sadly left at our shelter overnight in the snow. Despite everything he’s been through, Rascal is full of affection and absolutely loves attention from his people. He enjoys being close, soaking up pets, and being reminded that he’s safe and loved. Rascal is previously declawed and is missing half of his tail, which only adds to his unique charm and story. He’s looking for a caring, indoor-only home where he can finally relax and receive the love he deserves.
