My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mya was adopted at 1 year old from a woman in Milwaukee who was selling her to pay for her daughter’s medical bills. My sister found her on Facebook and drove 1.5 hours to pick Mya and her brother up. My sisters ex boyfriend was very abusive toward Mya, so my sister gave her to my husband and I. Mya is now 11 years old and has lived with us ever since. Our family is growing and my 4 month old son is allergic, therefore we must re-home her. Mya is not declawed but loves cardboard scratching pads. I would love for her to go to a home with no other pets and someone who has experience with cats. She has no known health issues and never goes outdoors.
