My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful girl was found abandoned outside. She was microchipped. She was adopted from Macomb County Humane Society in 2022. We have made several attempts to contact her adopter to no avail.

The Duck is very curious and friendly. We can't imagine why she was abandoned. She is a confident young adult who would be a great addition to any family.

Once you submit an application, one of our dedicated adoption volunteer coordinators will contact you.

Meet the Pet

Some of our kitties are in foster homes and about 40 are at our shelter. So be patient! We may have to schedule a visit at a foster home.

3.
Approve Application

The volunteer adoption coordinator will call your veterinary reference and your personal references. Video home visit too!
