Meet Sheriff! Don’t let his size fool you—Sheriff may be the smallest of the litter, but he’s got a big, bold personality to match his name. This spunky, feisty little shepherd puppy is full of curiosity and confidence, always ready to investigate new sights, sounds, and toys. He’s playful, energetic, and knows how to keep things entertaining with just the right amount of puppy mischief.
Sheriff is already making great progress with potty training and will go outside when taken out on a schedule. He loves playing with other dogs and holds his own despite being the littlest one. He absolutely adores kids and happily follows them around to see what they’re up to, making him a fun and engaging companion for a family.
Like most puppies his age, Sheriff is in a nippy phase and will benefit from continued positive training, structure, and plenty of appropriate chew toys. Because he’s a shepherd with a feisty streak, experience with shepherds or other high-drive dogs would be a big plus.
Sheriff is ready to trade his badge for a forever home filled with love, laughter, and lots of cuddles. If you’re looking for a pint-sized pup with a big personality, Sheriff could be your pawfect match!
All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. If you are interested in meeting this animal, please complete an adoption application on our website: https://www.BestPawsRescue.com
Spay/Neuter Policy
Any animal that has not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption will require a signed Spay/Neuter Agreement and a refundable $100 deposit (payable by check or electronic payment). The procedure must be completed within six (6) months of the adoption date. Once Best Paws Rescue receives acceptable proof of the spay/neuter procedure, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter.
Failure to comply with the terms of the Spay/Neuter Agreement within the required six (6) months will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the procedure is performed by one of Best Paws Rescue’s approved veterinary partners, the full cost of the spay/neuter is covered by the adoption fee.
Ages and breeds are our best estimates, and we cannot make any guarantees. Most of our animals come from overcrowded shelters with limited resources. We do our best to evaluate each animal’s behavior and medical needs and place them into loving foster homes until they are ready to go home with you. Our organization is operated entirely by dedicated volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.
