My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Although incredibly shy with strangers, once she trusts you, Salem just adores attention. She is a real wiggler while getting petted. She does not like to be held or picked up, but she will run up to you seeking attention and will cuddle with you, insisting that you keep stroking her. She enjoys lying in her cat tree watching the outside world, but also enjoys the safety of her known environment. She is bonded with her brother, Winston, so they must be adopted together; the foster has sponsored the 2nd cat, so it's a two for one adoption fee. They need a home that is willing to take a chance on them and give them time to adapt. Their shyness makes pet fairs impossible, and meet and greets are a waste of time because they just hide under the bed. They would do well in a home with respectful, calm dogs and/or quiet cats that would basically ignore them or in a home where they are the only two animals.
