Meet Nova – A Quiet Winter Moon

Nova is a shy, reserved girl who prefers to observe from a safe distance, choosing quiet retreat over hands-on interaction. She has a calm, low energy level and hasn’t shown much interest in toys yet, taking comfort in simply watching the world around her.

She’s still adjusting to other animals and will do best with slow, patient introductions. With her beautiful dark grey face, signature white streak above her nose, snowy white chest and boots, and fluffy tail, Nova is a winter beauty who will thrive in a calm, understanding home willing to let her set the pace.

Nova is FIV/FeLV negative, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her birthday is estimated to be 4/10/2025.

Interview

We'll have a conversation to find out what kind of pet you are looking for and help you pick someone who will fit with your lifestyle.

Meet the Pet

By-appointment and virtual meet and greets are made with our adoption counselors to meet the cat(s) you are interested in.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

We go over medical information and the adoption contract. The contract is signed virtually or in-person.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Set up everything at home, and bring the adoption donation and a carrier - it's adoption day!

Milltown Adoption Center is open to the public Wed + Fri from 5 - 7 and Sat + Sun from 12 - 4. Private appointments available for approved adopters.

The mission of the Karma Cat Rescue Society is to provide a safe and peaceful haven for homeless, abandoned or abused animals. We will help decrease the number of cats and dogs being destroyed in kill shelters through the work of our foster, spay/neuter, trap-neuter-return, and education programs.

The vision of the Karma Cat Rescue Society is a world where every companion animal is respected, fed, warm, happy, and not in danger of being killed because it is temporarily homeless.
