Pumpkin is one of two bonded sisters who are on the shy side until they know someone. Pumpkin and Boo are devoted to each other and then to people, in that order. They are very playful and get along well with adult cats. They play most of the day, but when evening comes, they like to settle on a couch or chair with people and enjoy some pets.
Pumpkin has been spayed, deflead, dewormed, microchipped, tested negative for FELV/FIV, and had her basic kitten shots.
An application, landlord approval if renting, safety home check, and an adoption fee are required. Discount to seniors, military/veterans, or adoption of multiples.

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
