Dora is a well-mannered girl who knows how to be the perfect house companion. She is house broken and kennel trained, and she has great manners indoors. In the home, Dora is calm, relaxed, and easy to live with. She settles nicely and enjoys lounging near her people. Outside, she shows her more energetic side and enjoys getting out for walks and activities. Dora is leash trained and does well on walks, making her a nice adventure buddy when it’s time to explore. Dora is dog selective and will need proper introductions to other dogs. She would do best with an experienced owner who understands how to manage introductions and set her up for success. One thing about Dora—she lovesssss men! She bonds quickly and happily with the men in her life and enjoys being close to her favorite people. She’s affectionate and likes to cuddle once she’s comfortable. Dora does have food aggression, so she will need to be fed separately from other animals and have her food space respected. With structure and management, she does well. She also experiences car sickness, so shorter trips or planning ahead for travel would be best for her. Dora would thrive in a home that appreciates her calm indoor nature, can provide structure around feeding time, and will give her both cozy cuddle time and opportunities to burn off energy outside.
