Man oh Manny, what a cat! Manny is a big guy who`d been living outside before our Rescue Team brought him to Dedham to find a safe, comfortable indoor home. He`s reserved when you first approach him, but he`ll melt with tasty treats and gentle pets. Come to Dedham to meet Manny!
Manny is currently up to date on all vaccines, neutered, microchipped and has been seen by our veterinarian. He tested positive for FIV.
For more information on this or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Situated 10 miles southwest of Boston on the beautiful grounds of the former summer sanctuary for the city’s working horses, ARL’s newly remodeled shelter in Dedham, Massachusetts is just a glimpse into ARL’s bold future. The new modern shelter design allows us to provide even more animals with high-quality direct animal care that meets best-practice standards in animal welfare.
The 27-acre property serves as ARL’s main livestock center and is home to Pine Ridge Pet Cemetery, the oldest continuously operated pet cemetery by a humane society in the United States.
