My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Diamond! This 1-year-old, 22-pound gem is as lovely as her name. She’s a gorgeous mixed-breed girl who looks like she may have some beagle and terrier in her blend, and she has the sweetest personality to match her pretty face.

Diamond does fantastic in our free-roam pack and gets along wonderfully with all the dogs. She’s also great with people—friendly, affectionate, and always happy to greet visitors with tail wags and love. She has a joyful, easygoing nature that makes her a wonderful companion for just about any home.

Diamond is ready to sparkle in her forever family’s life!

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
