Emi is a 2-year-old Beagle who found her way to us thanks to a kind Good Samaritan who hoped to make her part of their family. When that didn’t work out, they did the loving thing and brought Emi here so she could find a forever family of her very own.
Emi is still adjusting to the shelter world and can be a little scared as she settles in, but beneath that uncertainty is an incredibly sweet girl. She does well with kids and loves gentle affection once she feels comfortable. True to her breed, Emi is full of classic Beagle charm—yes, that includes her adorable Beagle “voice” and curious nose!
She isn’t a big fan of cats and would do best in a cat-free home, though with a very slow and patient introduction she may be able to adapt. Emi is also an escape artist, so a secure situation and attentive supervision will be important to keep this clever girl safe.

For Dogs: The cost of adoption is $125. The cost of puppies under 6 months of age is $200. This fee includes the spay/neuter, heartworm check (age appropriate), & on heartworm preventative, all shots, worming, Microchip, and a goody bag.
For Cats: The cost of adoption is $40.00 (cash or check), which includes the spay/neuter, FIV & Felv test (age appropriate), all shots, worming, Microchip, and a goody bag.
