Introducing Glinda! Glinda is heart-meltingly adorable in every possible way. At just 12 weeks old and a tiny 4 lbs, this tiny Chihuahua looks like a living stuffed animal — from her sweet little face and big, expressive eyes to her dainty paws and delicate frame. She’s the kind of puppy people stop mid-sentence to gush over.
Glinda is incredibly loving and affectionate and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She happily melts into your arms, loves being carried around, and follows you like a tiny shadow. Curious and playful, she enjoys exploring, but she’s happiest when she’s being held or snuggled. She truly loves everyone she meets and does great with kids, cats, and other dogs.
She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever family — one lucky home that will get to love this perfect little girl for a lifetime.
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
